Also called Husa Dauricus, this is a cross-breed between Kaluga and Amur sturgeon. It has a smooth, buttery flavor. The caviar is produced from roe of mature sturgeon, has a diameter of over 3 mm, and comes in a variety of colors, most commonly pearl grey and dark grey.


This is caviar that originates in the Siberia area of Russia. The Siberian Sturgeon produces glistening grains, normally over 2.8 mm in diameter, with colors ranging from light gray to dark gray. This product has an authentic silky texture a firm bead flavor.
